The power of the Acupress Leg Wraps is in their ability to meet you where you’re at. Wrap them looser for a therapeutic touch. Wrap them tighter to flush tension fast.

Fasten the inner before wrapping the compression strap and try to sit with the sensation for 20-40 minutes. Slow breaths will help your body relax. Wiggling your foot will adjust the pressure in your calf.
