Your spikes are sharp, but they will blunt against a hard surface. You should only roll them over your skin, carpet, or your cork mat.

This ball is excellent. Even the kids love it.
I have fibromyalgia and find it a great tool to ease the irritating pains and sensations in my arms and hands!
Also great for neck, shoulder, scalp!

Yes, it's brilliant for relieving tension. Yes, you can use it to trigger point and release your feet. Yes, it makes a great conversation-starter sculpture-- but what you might not realise is that it is FANTABULOUS for mental wellbeing, whether it be suffering from overstimulation and bridging a neurodivergent meltdown, or needing a fidget toy that is genuinely stress relieving. I love how portable it is too!

Purchased the Wonderball to try and help with my plantar fasciitis and seriously aching feet at the end of long days of standing in work..
I have to say, it's an amazing way to make your feet feel soooo good at the end of the day... Again, it's amazing.
After just 5 minutes under each foot, they just feel warm and relaxed.... The spikes don't feel painful to me and have just the right amount prickliness to really massage the skin and get the blood flowing...
As for my plantar fasciitis... I can say that after using the Wonderball and applying a lot of pressure to my heal while using, its easier to walk without limping directly after use, though the pain does return later. Still, it's early days and I'm hoping with time the Wonderball will help long term and my aid recovery.
The Wonderball itself is weighty, excellent quality and looks utterly brilliant.... Yep, I leave it on display haha!
Also, the included cork pad and holder are brilliant accessories and just complete the quality feel of the overall Wonderball package.
Overall, I'm very impressed with the Wonderball and have no hesitation in recommending it.
