There are so many ways to use your new Yoga Mat. It’s soft enough to protect your knees and wide enough to keep you centred, making it perfect for the gentler side of yoga. 

Think yin, nidra, core workouts and slow flow – but don’t be scared to work up a sweat. When you’re done, all it takes is a quick wipe down with a clean, damp cloth and you’re ready to relax with your Shakti Mat.

If you have a meditation practice you can ground your cushion or sit bones easily – and comfortably. Place your meditation cushion directly on the mat or simply get comfortable in a seated pose. Your sit bones and ankles will sink into the mat’s soft, smooth surface.
